Agnes Gamboa-Hirsch is a licensed real estate broker and is a graduate 
of Bachelor of Arts major in Mass Communication from the University of 
St. La Salle, Bacolod City. 

She has almost eight years of experience in a management position working 
for the sales and marketing of a telecommunication company and almost a 
year as a bank marketing manager. Between a flourishing career in Manila 
and a promising life in Boracay, Agnes and her husband, Franklin chose to 
live close to the white sands ! It is as close as you can get to Paradise 
without dying! 
     
Islands Realty is a creation of Agnes strong sales and marketing background  
combined with her husband's long time work experience as a residential real 
estate agent. Indeed, a good business combination. 
Franklin Hirsch, a Swiss/American was educated in Europe and is bilingual 
English and French. He has worked the last ten years for a major Palo Alto, 
California Real Estate company and has experience in construction and remodeling.
