Discrimination

La législation anti-discrimination européenne interdit la discrimination sur la base 
d'origines raciale, ethnique, d'un handicap, de l'âge, de l'orientation sexuelle, de 
la religion et des croyances.
  
Une annonce d'emploi disant que les fumeurs n'ont pas besoin de postuler ne 
semble tomber dans aucune des justifications d'interdiction mentionnées ci-dessus.
